Refund Policy

We want you to have a good experience with The Together Test, which is operated by 2801333 ALBERTA INC., doing business as The Together Test. This policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases.

Because The Together Test provides digital access and generates unique group reports, our default policy is that all sales are final once a group has been created and access links have been sent.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying digital access and that access links and group functionality may be delivered immediately after purchase.

1. Before Your Group Starts

If you purchased access and have not yet:

  • Created a group, or
  • Sent out any group access links,

you may contact us to request a refund. We may approve or decline such requests at our reasonable discretion.

2. After Your Group Has Started

Once:

  • A group has been set up, and
  • Access links have been sent or participants have started responding,

we generally do not offer refunds, because the digital product has effectively been delivered.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents your group from completing the assessment or receiving a report, please contact us.

We will work with you to:

  • Troubleshoot and fix the issue
  • Restore access where possible
  • Determine whether a partial or full refund is appropriate based on the circumstances

4. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Purchases

If you believe your payment method was used without your authorization, contact your payment provider immediately.

You should also contact us so we can review the activity associated with your account or group.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you have an issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve it. Chargebacks may result in loss of access to the Service.

To ask about a possible refund, please contact us using the Contact page on our website and include:

  • Your name
  • The email used for the purchase
  • Approximate date of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue

We may request additional information to verify your identity and purchase.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date.
